Terms and Conditions

1. Participant shall receive the rebate by complying with ALL the following:
  1. Participant must contact HRPP at info@homerunprogram.com (or here) prior to contacting a Partner Builder or Partner Realtor.
  2. Participant provides a copy of this agreement to Partner Builder or Partner Realtor representative at the time Participant first visits the partner Builder's sales office or meets with the partner Realtor.
  3. If Participant is purchasing a home from a Partner Builder, they will forfeit their rebate eligibility if they use a Realtor.*
  4. Participant must notify HRPP in writing within 7 days of signing a purchase agreement with Partner Builder or Partner Realtor that said agreement has been signed; thereby authorizing Partner Builder or Partner Realtor to provide HRPP with a hard copy of the Land Contract, Construction Agreement, or Purchase Agreement.
  5. Participant must fulfill the terms of his/her lease agreement.**
  6. Participant must comply with all their lease obligations during the time they occupied their apartment unit.**
  7. Participant pays all rent, fees and other sums pursuant to their lease as and when due.**
  8. Participant must comply with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.**

2. Programs may be canceled at any time with or without notice.

3. Regarding the sale of a home through Partner Builder or a Partner Realtor to Resident, HRPP is not acting on behalf of any party with respect to the transaction.

4. HRPP will receive a commission from Partner Builder or Partner Realtor in connection with the sale of a home from Partner Builder or Partner Resident.

5. HRPP is not liable for any of Partner Builder or Partner Realtor's acts.

6. HRPP shall not be a party to the Resident's agreement with Partner Builder or Partner Realtor, and shall not be liable if the Partner Builder or Partner Realtor fails to perform any obligations to the Resident.

7. Partner Builder or Partner Realtor is not a party to this Agreement and is not liable for HRPP's acts or omissions.

8. The Home Run Purchase Program shall not be used in conjunction with any other Real Estate Incentive Program.

9. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions listed above may result in forfeiture of any or all of their rebate.
